We implement strict quality control measures across our products production workflow, covering every step from fishing to transportation and delivery. Our crews and processing workers are trained thoroughly, and operate under the supervision of appropriately qualified quality assurance professionals.

Each batch of cargo is checked to ensure the freshness of the fish, the temperature control and the sizes of the fish contained. We carry out these checks during transhipping from trawler to reefer. At the destination port, further checks are made to ensure the consignment has arrived safely.
